Love these knives! These knives are excellent! Nice compact, pointy and slender blade, great curve and shape. Arrived sharp enough out of the box if you had to, but no modest knife comes with a scalpel edge. Only took minutes to finish and held edge well against my bone-sawing. big safe quillon and handle is an easy shape to hold and control. I am still learning my way aroung home chicken unalive-ing. I peel and piece them straight up, and my hands are small, but this knife gets around the frame so easily! This is much easier to use and hold than my v***nox 12cm for my hand.

love the non slip grip only used it to take apart some turkey wings but worked great, plus when i butcher my own chickens, the knife tends to disappear on the table, won't happen with this pink handle. thanks rural butcher
