Returns 
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging in a re-sellable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should ship your product to: 6/12 Paisley Drive, Lawnton Q 4501 Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Warranty Returns
If your product is faulty and requires to be returned to our warehouse to be inspected, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping costs to get the machine to us. You must ensure it is packed securely in the original packaging (where possible). We do not cover any damages to items shipped to us that are damaged during transit. We strongly recommend shipping your item back to us with insurance so you can make a claim for any items damaged in transit. If the item is deemed to be faulty and requires a full replacement, we will replace the machine under warranty and ship it back to you at our cost.
